With the intent to provide proactive and cost-effective management of the association for the benefit of the homeowner’s it serves, the 2024-2026 Board of Directors have identified these three core values to guide its work:

  1. Transparency: Communities are built on trust. And trust is built upon consistency and respect. Proactive, clear and engaged dialogue between the board and the homeowner members it’s charged to serve, is foundational to everything the board of directors does, and how the spirit of our community will deepen and grow.
  2. Sustainability: "Building with the end in mind", means sharing a community visiion for what that end is, and also aligning it with the external and indirect forces of the changing world in which we’re navigating within (financially, environmentally, legacly, etc.). Everything we do should be designed to lessen the burden of governance, operations and the long-term financial  of impacts upon all homeowners that are part of the greater Old Town Willamette neighborhood community.
  3. Service: As a non-profit mutual benefit association, all homeowner’s are bound and accountable to work and serve in service to the board and interests of all. Community members are bound to participate and share terms of service in board positions and/or special committees in support the board and business requirements of running the HOA.We are only as strong and as sustainable as our weakest link, each of us as members of the community.
